Please give me a reason that Biden and his democratic Congress did not even attempt to expand the size of the court and nullify the unlawful or at least corrupt packing of the court.
It’s nice to hear about how why we got here. However, it would be wonderful to have some information on how this can be corrected……..in a manner that can be absorbed without having to read a book, or listen to an hour long podcast.

Just curious; what legal remedies would Republicans have had if Dems had a super majority on SCOTUS, every one of which had sworn under oath to congress to respect precedent, who then went on to overthrow precedent at virtually every opportunity? The reason I'm posing it this way is in order to assume that the party with majorities in both houses could do something...
